An important update for all our clients....

The team at Sarai are super eager to get their scissors back in action and see all of you again and, when we are allowed to do so, SAFETY and CLEANLINESS will be our TOP priority in order to keep all of you, our lovely clients and our wonderful staff safe.
Although we are still uncertain as to when we will be able to reopen our doors it has been announced, the earliest will be around the beginning of July. We are hopeful that some form of guidance on what social distancing measures will be required enabling us to reopen will be released in the next week or so and will confirm an opening date as soon as it is prudent to do so.
The booking system has been temporarily suspended until there is some further clarity on the lifting of the lockdown restrictions currently placed upon us and our industry as a whole.  Thank you for your patience in this matter. In the meantime I am available on 0118 3484030 if you would like to discuss future appointments or any advice on your hair. Pleas note i am unable to book a future appointment at this time. 
Sarah has been working 24/7 behind the scenes to put plans in place and I will be sending out more information once we have a better idea about the new government guidelines, about how your new client journey will look when you’re able to come in for your long-awaited appointment. This will include our new social distancing measures and what you will need to do before and during your visit.

Please be patient with your own hair and beauty, and don’t be tempted by a quick home fix. They are just not worth it! Each of us appreciates how hard this is, and we’ll have you looking beautiful again as soon as we can

Looking Ahead.....

Once the booking system is open, myself and Lisa will be available to take bookings from the salon number 01344 761132 and the temporary number 0118 3484030. You will only be able to book one immediate appointment at this time. No future bookings will be accepted until we have managed to re-book all missed appointments. Please do give us a couple of weeks to do this, and then we will happily book further appointments for you. Thank you for your patience in this matter. In the meantime I am available on 0118 3484030.

It will be very difficult to contact everybody who has missed an appointment, so please contact us. We will be experiencing a large number of calls so please be patient and please contact us by phone for quickness, emailing will have a slower reply.
We will try our very best to get everyone booked in but we know we will be extremely busy with the large number of clients who have not been able to attend their appointments, we will do our very best to have everyone catered for as soon as physically possible.
