Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Why This Policy Matters

When appointments are cancelled at the last minute or missed entirely, it creates significant gaps in our diary that are difficult to fill, especially during busy periods like December, when demand is at its highest. This not only affects our business but also impacts our team and prevents other clients from booking those times.

Our Policy

  • 48 Hours' Notice:
    Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late Cancellations:
    Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.
  • No-Shows:
    If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply.
  • If you miss two or more appointments, a non-refundable deposit will be required for all future bookings.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If this happens, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we may waive or adjust fees at our discretion.
