Re opening - The Next Steps...
Finally some good news!! Now that the Government have offered an opening date for us to work towards we have set a procedure to contact all clients in place;
From the 8th of March we will firstly be contacting everyone who had an appointment scheduled between 20th December and 11th April, in strict date order. Once everyone who has missed a scheduled appointment due to this current lockdown has been contacted we will then be in touch with everybody on our waiting list, in the order that the request was received.
Please bear with us as this will take a little bit of time and we will be doing this in shifts with two staff calling out at a time.
Cancellation Policy
We please ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation, or a cancellation charge will occur.
Skin testing
If you have not had an updated colour treatment for over 6 months, we are required to perform a new skin test. We are currently waiting to hear if this is needed for clients who have also had CoViD-19. Please let us know when you are contacted for your appointment.
