With the continued impact of Covid-19 on our community, following the Governments recent advice, and in order to minimise the spread of this horrible virus, it’s with a heavy heart that we have taken the decision to temporarily close the Sarai salon until further notice.
This decision has been the hardest business decision I have ever had to make.
We take the health and safety of our team and clients very seriously and want to help alleviate this current situation. For this reason the team will not be offering a mobile service during this time.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused but we must all come together to help prevent the spread of coronavirus. We thank you for your patience, understanding and support during this extremely difficult time.
We can’t thank you all enough for the incredible support you have shown us over the past few weeks. These moments of uncertainty have absolutely brought all the Sarai team closer together.
I would like to thank my amazing team who have really pulled together, supported each other, kept calm and delivered their best during this challenging time. Their unwavering support and wish to continue providing a service to all of our Sarai clients have meant so very much to me and the business.
I will personally be contacting all of our clients regarding their appointments and our online booking system will be available for appointments in June. However, this will be reviewed every two weeks.
At present we are aiming to reschedule appointments every two weeks.

We will also continue to support the local community in Crowthorne as much as we can.
It’s our time to pause and during this time we will be looking at ways to better our brand with fresh and exciting new ideas, bringing us back stronger than ever, so watch this space.
