We appreciate that sometimes circumstances change, and you may not be able to keep your appointment. If that happens, we ask that where possible you give us 24 hours’ notice.
In certain circumstances we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked service missed.
At your stylist discretion there may be an additional charge for extra time required and extra colour needed for long or thick hair on any service.
