I joined the team in 2009 and I’m passionate about creating the perfect client journey. I’m absolutely delighted with how my role and responsibilities with Sarai have evolved over the years. My main focus at the moment is the team’s continued development and wellbeing. I’m also looking forward to expanding my skills and qualifications to help clients make informed choices. Hairdressing, it’s all about people.
Lisa’s credentials as an ex hairdresser with extensive knowledge, and her enduring passion for the hair industry have ensured she’s excelled in her role as the salon manager. She’s also upskilled considerably during this time and has qualifications in mental health support, First Aid, life coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, as well as Train the Trainer and High-Performance Coach and Unconscious Bias Diversity certification. Lisa and salon owner Sarah enjoy a great working relationship and bounce ideas off each other beautifully, cementing Sarai’s award-winning status. In her new role as Operations and Development Director, she’ll oversee and manage the salon and team on a daily basis and focus on the teams development and wellbeing.
