Preparing to re-open
Although we do not currently have an exact date to re-open, we are taking measures now to ensure we can accommodate all appointments safely and securely once we are in a position to welcome you back.
As of today we will be opening a waiting list for appointments and, if you missed an appointment in December and January, you will automatically be placed on this in the order of when your appointment was sadly cancelled (but please do let Sarah know if your apt is no longer required).
- How to get on the waiting list -
Please contact Sarah by email, sarah@sarai.co.uk, giving your full name, email address and mobile number, with full details of the cutting, colouring or beauty services you wish to book, plus any information on the condition of your hair including any home colouring applied in recent months.
Once we have a confirmed opening date and have worked through our waiting list, we will then re-open the phone lines and let you all know when this happens. Thank you so much for your patience during this time.
If you do receive a text message regarding a future appointment and you know you are unable to make it, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to cancel. Less than 48 hours may, unfortunately, result in a charge.
