Salon closed between November 5th - December 2nd
Due to the COVID-19 update announced yesterday confirming a national 4-week lockdown from Thursday 5th November, we unfortunately, need to rearrange all client appointments booked-in during this period.
From Monday 2nd November, the front of house team and I will be contacting all of our clients with appointments during this period, in order to re-schedule their appointments at Sarai. We will be calling all clients starting with those booked in on Thursday and working through the diary, so please bear with us.
The team will be working extra hours over the coming days to accommodate as many client appointments as possible in a COVID safe environment.
All the team at Sarai will be placed on furlough as of Thursday 5th, so as the Managing Director of the salon, I will once again continue to work and stay in contact with all of you, our amazing clients.
I have many calls to make in order that everyone is updated with the news, so would really appreciate if you bear with us. All new bookings will be put on a waiting list until the existing ones are rescheduled. This will make the process of contacting all of our clients much more efficient.
As of Thursday 5th November, due to performing the school run, I will be working 9.00 - 3.30 Monday to Friday and will continue to reschedule the booked appointments booked and then book all new appointment in for December.
Once all of the current appointments have been rescheduled I will then open the phone lines for any new future bookings and for any gaps still available before we close on Thursday.
The online booking system has been suspended until all appointments are rescheduled which I hope to complete within the next couple of days.
The health, safety, and wellbeing of both our staff and clients is paramount and we will continue to follow the Government guidelines, wear the required PPE and follow our regular stringent cleaning routines.

Should you wish to purchase any retail products, including the Loreal hair touch up colour spray, I will still be available to take orders, payment, and arrange delivery.
For insurance reasons, we are unable to sell professional hair colour to use at home but please email email@example.com with any other orders, including Christmas gifts.
